Vonage I have downloaded Vonage Talk about a week ago. I have never been able to place

I have downloaded Vonage Talk about a week ago. I have never been able to place or receive call from it. One thing true is that it place an entry in my simulring in my vonage configuration (web site) ... but I never receive call in my vonage talk. Also, when trying to place a call, I receive an error telling me that "SIP Account is not connected". Is there any setting I should be aware of ? I have log-in using my username/password that I use on the web site. Thanks for your help.
